As an integral part of our successful engineering team, you will be responsible for working with clients developing test strategies and test execution programs. Key Responsibilities:
• Ability to independently solve problems and make project decisions while working under ISO 17025 accreditation criterion • Your mission as a project leader for safety and EMC test programs will be to develop and maintain applicable standards library with appropriate test plans, work instructions, and test report templates • Continue development of in-house safety testing capability • Where necessary develop relationships to initiate safety testing under an NRTL and manage projects under their ‘witness test program’ • Capable of performing in-depth technical research leading to the development of efficient test techniques and programs • Interface and support company operational requests providing guidance in sales estimate and certification generation phases • Travel as needed
Required Skillset:
• Minimum of Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years technical test experience • Must have regulatory compliance experience. Knowledge and expertise on FCC / ISED / EU processes and regulations. Knowledge of wireless technologies (WiFi, Bluetooth, 4G/5G LTE, etc) are essential • Demonstrate the ability to work under pressure.
